Welcome to Styla. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Styla mobile and web application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Styla, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Styla offers auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock premium features such as unlimited closet items, outfit suggestions, shopping assistant scans, calendar planning, and budget tracking. The available plans are:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (month or year, depending on your selected plan) unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be the same as your selected plan's price.
You can cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings, or via the shortcut provided in the app's Profile tab. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid period, after which your account reverts to the non-subscription experience.
Styla processes subscription payments through Apple's App Store using Apple's In-App Purchase system. As a result, subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID subscriptions screen (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device), not within the Styla app itself. The Profile tab displays your current plan and billing period and provides a shortcut that opens your Apple ID subscriptions screen directly.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Styla. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service or its content. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: violating applicable laws, infringing intellectual property rights, uploading content you do not have rights to share, attempting to disrupt or compromise the Service's security, or using Styla to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the clothing photos, outfit combinations, and other content you upload to Styla. By uploading content, you grant Styla a limited license to process, display, and use it solely to provide the Service's features to you, including outfit and style suggestions and, when you choose, the community feed. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload the content you share.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Outfit suggestions, style analyses, and other generated content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and may not suit every preference, body type, or occasion. Styla does not guarantee specific results from using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us through subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or by other means. Continued use of Styla after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
