Styla Partner Terms

Your account

A Styla partner account is for one store. You are responsible for the details you give us, including your address, and for keeping your login secure.

You must be authorized to act for the store you sign up. Stores that are not on their shopping center list, or that are not located at the address they gave, may be declined.

Plans and billing

The Pro trial is free for 90 days and needs no card. Nothing is charged during it. When it ends, you choose whether to pay to keep the plan you unlocked or stay on the Free plan (1 deal total).

Pro is $49.99 a month or $499.99 a year. Featured is $99.99 a month or $999.99 a year. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from Manage billing.

Mall-sponsored and Founding Partner stores get Pro access at no cost. Styla may end a sponsorship when the shopping center agreement ends; your store then moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

Deals and shoppers

You are responsible for the accuracy of every deal you post, including dates, discount and restrictions, and for honoring it in store.

Styla may hide or remove a deal that is misleading, expired or against the law. Deals are shown to shoppers at Styla's discretion, and placement is never guaranteed.

Ending your account

You can stop using Styla at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or misleads shoppers.

If a payment fails, we keep your plan running for 7 days while we retry. After that your store moves to the Free plan and your extra deals are paused, not deleted.
